Is there a minimum stay?
Long-term stays?
Yes! For short-term stays there is a minimum stay of 2 days per booking.
What are the house rules?
No parties
No smoking
No pets
No unregistered guest
We kindly ask that you show consideration for those around you and treat this space with care during your visit. We want everyone to feel welcome and at home in our atmosphere.

The stay must be 28 days or longer to be considered a long-term stay. Background checks are required for every individual who will be booking a long-term stay.
What time is check in/out?
Check-Ins begin at 3 P.M
Check-Outs is at 11 A.M
Cancellation Policy?
We understand that plans can change. For cancellations, please ensure to notify us at least 48 hours before your check-in time in order to receive a refund. If you are unsure how to proceed with the cancellation process, feel free to reach out to us via message or email.
